Yankees Knuckleball

Motion

Jim Bouton was a New York Yankees pitcher in the 1960’s. He came to Audible.com to narrate his controversial book, Ball Four. Ball Four was the first expose style book chronicling the unseen innards of Major League Baseball. It named names including hall of famer Mickey Mantle.

I shot an interview with him and in the clip on the left he is discussing the pitch known as the knuckleball. I used to throw the pitch when I played but not many people throw or learn it anymore.

I used the Canon 5D with Canon glass.
